Here at AAM Events we are frequently being hired to build/provide Furniture, AV, Displays, Lighting and Power for large and small scale events, exhibitions and trade shows. For our business, Event Management involves identifying what our clients want, then forming and planning the overall logistics for items in that current event. We not only manage teams of individuals who build and pack down our final products at events, but we also start by creating a vision for the event and then seeing it through to execution, which calls for both creativity and flexibility.  

Our skills to succeed are just like any other event functions, starting with excellent organisational skills to succeed. The AAM Events team have the ability to multitask and juggle many moving tasks, along with being able to prioritise and stay on task with our events. 

Our interpersonal skills are so important, as interaction and constant communications with individuals at all levels of an organisation is part of the job. By having stellar communication skills and being comfortable and personable with our clients goes a long way in developing our relationships.
